Matt Antush is a managing director with GE Healthcare Partners with more than 13 years of experience in healthcare.
He possesses deep strategic and operational consulting experience across the US and India. Matt has worked extensively with large health systems to transform operations and realize significant financial improvement.
He specializes in hospital and medical group operations, Electronic Medical Record conversions and optimization, workforce span of control, healthcare consumerism, access to care, change leadership, and shared service consolidation.
Prior to joining GE Healthcare Partners, Matt served in consulting roles with Huron Consulting Group. While at Huron Consulting Group, he worked directly with large, not-for-profit health systems, academic health systems, and medical groups to generate more than $250M in recurring net revenue improvement and expense savings.
One signature engagement included delivering $158M in recurring cash improvement and expense reduction for a top national health system. As part of this engagement Matt led a client design team with representation across 48 facilities to develop a standardized, next generation solution for consumer financial responsibility.
In addition, he led teams across 48 facilities to deploy standardized revenue processes, workforce span of control expense reductions, and established the strategic roadmap toward regional consolidation into four shared service centers.
While at Huron Matt served as the Consumer Financial Responsibility Capability owner. He developed a solution growth strategy focused on consumer financial responsibility measurement, patient satisfaction measurement, client assessment approach, and a flexible implementation model to customize to client needs. Before joining Huron Consulting Group, Matt was a consultant for Accenture with expertise in technology integration, business process redesign, and business process outsourcing for the telecommunications and aerospace industries. Matt led teams operating in the United States and India.
Matt earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from the University of Denver (Denver, CO).
